O Avó Aquilino

The tourist rental house “O Avó Aquilino” occupies a farm in the hamlet of Palmés, a rural area of abundant vineyards 20 minutes from the centre of Ourense. This estate is ideal to host families and groups of friends in a space of great tranquility with the possibility of enjoying walking and hiking routes in the area.

O Avó Aquilino is a house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet on 2 floors. On the ground floor is the hall, which leads to a spacious living-dining room with a pleasant reading corner and bar area. In addition, the living room has a large fireplace, ideal to warm up on colder days. On this ground floor there is also the kitchen, with a large dining table, and a room with a double bed and a toilet. The upper floor in turn is organized into 4 rooms; 2 doubles with private bathroom (one of them with a double bed) and another 2, also with a double bed, connected by a shared bathroom. As a final touch, this floor has a large terrace with views of the forests and mountains that surround the estate.

The farm surrounding this house for tourist rental has trees and abundant vineyards. There are two patios around the house, one of them with a large stone table in the shade of a trellis; a perfect space to enjoy meals al fresco.

The rural hamlet of Palmés is located about 20 minutes from the centre of Ourense and has an urban bus service.
