The available content is the property of the Ourense City Council, which grants its use for non-commercial purposes and without the possibility of modification or transformation, in order to facilitate the work of third parties in the promotion of Ourense as a tourist destination. The attribution and ownership of the material must always be stated and in any type of support with the mention “City of Ourense”.
These contents may only be used by:
1. Companies in the tourism sector with the aim of inserting them exclusively in editions of the tourism field of free distribution.
2. Media on the occasion of articles or reports that promote the tourist image of Ourense.
Any other use will require the express authorization of the Department of Tourism of the Ourense City Council.
Likewise, the material may not be used to distinguish or be associated with products or services that, due to their nature, characteristics or the form and context in which they are presented or offered:
a) Induce, incite or promote criminal, degrading actions, or, in general, contrary to the law, morality and generally accepted good customs, or public order; or discriminatory actions, attitudes or thoughts based on sex, race, religion, beliefs, age or condition.
b) Are false, ambiguous, inaccurate, exaggerated or extemporaneous, in a way that leads or may lead to error about its object or about the intentions or purposes of the caller.
c) Promote, encourage or may be associated with the consumption of drugs and alcohol.
d) Have a manifestly low level of quality.
e) Suppose an unfair use of the prestige and good name associated with the city of Ourense.
f) Are contrary to, disregard or violate the fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized constitutionally, in international treaties and in the rest of the legislation.
g) Have as purpose or effect the discredit of the City Council of Ourense to associate it with the behaviors described in the previous sections.
