This accommodation is located in a residential area 15 minutes walk from the historic district and the city centre. It is a quiet area that has several streets where you can park your car.

It is a completely exterior apartment, located in a new building with an elevator, very bright and sunny. The community is also very quiet, so there are no noise problems.

The apartment is decorated with modern details and is fully equipped to enjoy a pleasant stay. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for families as it has two bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.

The master bedroom has a 150×190 m double bed, a magnificent wardrobe to accommodate luggage and a modern and functional bathroom with a bathtub. In the second bedroom there is an open trundle bed (comparable to 2 single beds), also with a magnificent wardrobe. This bedroom also has a work desk with a comfortable chair. In the hallway there is another bathroom with a large shower. The living room has a sofa with chaise-longe and an armchair. The dining area has a large round table with fun coloured chairs. The independent kitchen is fully equipped: it has an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a four-burner vitro, a dining table and all the necessary utensils (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.). From the kitchen you can go out to the patio, where there is the laundry area and a covered area with a table and chairs. From there you exit to the rest of the patio, uncovered and protected by the adjacent buildings. A pleasant space to have breakfast in the summer or dinner al fresco at night.
